Sir, I Have Allergies On My Skin Like Goosebumps .it

Sir, I have allergies on my skin like goosebumps .it is mostly on knee,buttocks,underarm,elbow.severe itching,am not tolerate.after that itching my skin becomes dry and slightly get wrinkles. Can u pls suggest me tab and oinment.another suggested clop s cream.but it doesn't help.
