Sir, I Have Bilateral Muscle Spasms In Both Hands And

Sir, I have bilateral muscle spasms in both hands and occasionally the feet. I suffer hypothyroidism and am trying to find the cause of said issue. I have happened upon PARAMYOCLONUS MULTIPLEX which most closely relates to my symptoms but not sure where to go with this. I am currently on levodopa as well with mild control of symptoms. Suggestions to help me alleviate or cure this issue?
