Sir, I Have Done A Root Canal Therapy,but Still Problem

I have done a root canal therapy,but still problem with my teeth.
They said ,there was a block,0ut of 4 roots,my doctor wan able to find 3 only.
Its been 3 weeks,and now the problem came,the area near that teeth got bulged. using antibiotics now,little relief, Is their any way of healing it through madicines?
