Sir, I Have Every Day Even After Having A Good

Sir, I have every day even after having a good motion in the morning while I am at office I feel itching on my rectum followed by appearance of some stool. Also while passing gas some stool accompany which makes discomfort always. What could be the reason? Which doctor I have to consult? Surgeon may be?
