Sir ,I have following problems- multiple small intramural and subserosal uterine leiomyomas. right ovarian follicular cyst. nabothian cysts in the cervix. Minimal free fluid in pod. Largest lesion within posterior myometrium measures approximately 14-12mm and anterior peripheral lesions is approximately 12-9 mm in size. Sir I want to conceive a baby.what should I do.
