Sir I Have Got Problem In Left Eye The Eyesight

Sir I have got problem in left eye the eyesight started blurred and I have also got pain in my heart as well as left side of head the vein from left side of the body from heart to head starts beating very fast... And I ve got high cholesterol.... Plz suggest me...
