Sir I Have Mild Sharp Pain In Left Side Of

Sir I have mild sharp pain in left side of base skull . It constantly feel someting like fluid inside it .And also little bit bump at that area . I had cervical MRI, CT scan , styloid process x-ray , tooth x-ray .I also have my tmTSH T3,T4, hemoglobin,Na etc. blood test .. All the reports were normal . I consult with neurologist ,he said nothing is their and told to do physiotherpy and have nerve pain medicine and also consult with ENT specialist he also told nothing serious and told me to take allergy medicine but nothing work . From last 2 year these things happening constantly with me .I have visited almost 10 to 12 doctors but they told me nothing serious .. I have gas and bloating problem too ... Please help me sir because it's unbearable for a boy of 20 year old .. Being these things I got sometime feel afraid of die
