Sir I Have Taken 3 Tablets (Total 600mg) Mifepristone But

Sir I have taken 3 tablets (Total 600mg) mifepristone but no bleeding . After 48 hours I again take 2 tablets (Total 400mg) misoprostal so sir I only have pain and cramps but no bleeding as 12 hours already passed so what to do now....please suggest ??
