Sir, I Have Used 7.5 Mg Folitrex Tab Twice A

Sir, I have used 7.5 mg Folitrex tab twice a day for five consecutive days. However, Dr had advised single dose in a week. Now I have developed problems in pharyngeal area, and my face has also lost previous glow.. Dark spots on face have appeared. It is difficult to pass food , its paining as rashes have appeared in the mouth..
Please suggest me remedy to neutralise this side effect of excessive use of Folitrex tablet
