Sir I Have Visited A Speclist Doctor Ent . I

Sir I have visited a speclist doctor ent . I have the problem like that a huge prasure on my head mid area , some Times my ear closes and ther le is cliking sound when I sowllow something and echoing sounds when I talk, the doctor suggest me descongestan amd antibiotics but after I few days I feel there is huge mucus stuck behind the soft pallet . So please suggest me something which help me ,due this problem my social life and orher activities are disturb.
