Sir, I Having Gaath Near My Ear And My Side

Sir, I having gaath near my ear and my side locks.

earlier it was pimple then it dried then converted to a gaath . now the problem is it has started pus in it.

I don't want any surgery. please help where to consult .

I have already taken anti biotic , anti bacterial medicines.
