Sir I M Suffering From Fatty Lever Decease Sgot And

Sir I m suffering from fatty lever decease sgot and sgpt level is 56&72 respectively.ESR is 26 total billurubin is 0.7 AEC is 300/ cmm blood sugar ,total cholesterol is normal.
Sir please suggest few medicines to reduce the size of lever which shows in USG 15 grade 1
