Sir. I M Suffering From Gas Problem Due To Taking

Sir. I m suffering from gas problem due to taking excess medicines. It moves toward head, hands, legs. After two to three hours of sleeping, above part from my neck gets completly filled with gas.
I m very helpless. Doctors gave me anti depression medicine but it did not work.
Plz suggest what is the problem and what is solution
