Sir, I M Using Otrivin From 3 Years Specially Before

Sir, I m using otrivin from 3 years specially before sleeping .....my right nostrils get more conjusted.....I m not able to sleep if I don't use otrivin....I did yoga 2 years ago which gave me some relief but use of otrivin didn't reduce......my doctor says it's bcoz of my work as I work in polluted area.....I need right doctor so that I can stop it.....my mobile number is 0000
