Sir I suffering from pain in epididymic & lower abdomen part (sperm chord ) from April 2018.in
Ultrasound report tell left epididymic tail enlarge & thickened sperm chord & having some reactionary fluid with fat proliferation. Suggest sir some treatment .I m in full tension
