Sir I Underwent Angioplasty 6 Months Back N Had Two
Sir I underwent Angioplasty 6 months back n had two stents. Last 15 years my TMT showed negative, cholesterol always in normal range, Echo also dint show any signs and i have been exercising last 40 years ( iam now 60) Latest lipid profile shows all well with in normal range.
My question - after brisk walk of 40 min I am also doing pushups comfortably 30. Can I do this as one Naturopathy doc suggested not to do brisk walk but only walk, not to do pushups etc, including bending exercise. Kindly suggest exercises as I am fond of doing.
