I was suffering from the pus cell in stool and the urine from last two years. Feeling of fullness after eating. Stool softener and not clear at first time. At the right side of the stomach in bottom is feel tight. In the test gardia also seen in cyst.I lost 20kg weight and feeling very tired. sir please tell me what I do for this problem.
