Sir, In The Nov 2014 During Routine Test, Sugar Detected

In the nov 2014 during routine test, sugar detected in the urine and then go to test the blood sugar, found 183 at fasting, HBA1c is 9.3 , According to advice by the RMP my friend, i start morning walk, prevention of taking directly sugar. Finally at gap of every 3 month HBA1C reduces top 7.6, 6.2, 5.7 and then 6.3 again. After the last test from 5.7 to 6.3. now i am worried about the same. Suggest me that i have to start any medicine or still i can countinous with precautions only .
