Sir I've Done Some Meth And My Body Feels Weird

Sir I've done some meth and my body feels weird and heart and its hard for me to sleep I toss and turn and can't get comfortable I went to the hospital today when I was high BC of my heart rate and blood pressure they gave me something to slow my heart rate down and blood pressure but when I got home I feel worse I don't no what to do I'm scared
