Sir, I've Gone Through Angioplasty On 2nd Of Sep, 15...I'm

Sir, I've gone through angioplasty on 2nd of Sep, 15...I'm on medicine related with the same..Additionally I'm diabetic since 1993 and am on insulin (30/70) 14 points before lunch and 14 points before dinner...some tablets also are taken both times...Sugar was well controlled before angioplasty...But now it is highly fluctuating...Fasting Sugar has come up to 377...Sometimes it comes up to 177...Do not understand what to do?
