Sir/Mam I Am 32 Years Male My Wife Is 34

Sir/Mam i am 32 years male my wife is 34 years. We married 4 years back & 4 last 6-7 month r trying 4 a baby.But my spam count is 36 million/ml & motility is 35%. 4 months back doc stated clofertmax. spam count has gone up to 56 million/ml but motility is same,now doc has prescribe carnimed plus twice daily. 4 last 2 months i am talking now wat 2 do? will these b sufficient?I'm never an adicted person & our weight is 75 &66 Kg respectively
