Son of my close friend, aged 23 yrs is recovering from Dengue fever. His SGPT and SGOT levels are reported to be higher than the normal ones.

SGOT 173 on admission
PLATELET 115000 Today
Can it be due to effect of Dengue? Is it dangerous? Pl advise for further treatment.
