Sir My Father Is Suffering From MDS,his Age Is 64,

Sir My Father is suffering from MDS,his age is 64, He has completed his 2nd cycle of Azatacidine,. Since 6 month he is totally depend on SDP and Blood Transfusion. Every 3rd day he required platelets transfusion. He blood count comes down to 4000~5000 range. Pls give us solution.
