Sir, My Age Is 44 Yrs, Weight Is 76 Kgs

Sir, My age is 44 yrs, weight is 76 kgs my SCPT value is 316 and SGOT value is 152 cholesterol value is 227 other values related to kidney and liver parameters are normal. Physically I find no problem in my daily activities. I do not take liquor, I do smoke. What could be the reason, what am i suppose to do. is it alarming.
