My child of 3 years old had got fever before a week for 3 days. After taxim-o antibiotic for seven days he recovered. Meanwhile the urine culture shows number of puscells seen and the range mentioned is 2-4 and also traces of albumin were also seen in the urine test. Again on the 9th day from the day of antibiotic started he had got repeated fever. what is the condition of my child and what should i do?
