Sir, My Father Aged About 65 Years And Got Brain

Sir, My father aged about 65 years and got brain stroke on 30.05.16 when he is in journey at Vijayawada with this not able to talk and effected paralysys on right side leg, hand. Pl suggest next course of action, since we have taken treatment at Vijayawada for 1 week, now discharged.
