Sir My Father Is 80 Years Old. In January 2011,

My father is 80 years old. In january 2011, he fell down from a rickshaw and some head injury was occured.After treatment he discharged from the hospital with following medicine prescription,
1.Olmezest 40
one tablet in morning/ day
2.Amlogard 5
one tablet BD
3.Eptoin 300 ER
one tablet in night
However, his Sodium level is fond to be low since then i.e between 120 to 126. We are adding additional salt in every meal and drink everyday. Can you advise the treatment for enhancing Sodium level if any ?Is it becuse of longtime utilisation of Olmezest and Eptoin?
