Sir, My Mother, Aged 75, Is Taking Folitrax 15 Mg

Sir, My mother, aged 75, is taking Folitrax 15 mg Injection weekly subcutaneously since last September, 2015. She is a patient of Rheumatoid Arthiritis since last 30 years. Recently she had infection in both hands and was admitted in a hospital where Folitrax 15mg was administered. She is totally bed ridden and cannot move her limbs even. Is it safe to continue Folitrax 15 mg? Whether there are any chances of recovery of my mother?
