Sir,
My son (9 years, 21 KG) have been prescribed Clamp Kid Forte Tablet(amoxycilin 400 mg) twice daily for 5 days along with P 250 for fever.
Fever has reduced and paracetamol withdrawn. However, he is too week. He want to sleep all day long (to day is 5th day of fever, paracetamol stopped two days back.
Is it normal? Was the antibiotic dose was correct or too high? What can be given now?
