Sir, Recently I Underwent Blood Test. The Glucose Level Is

Recently I underwent blood test. The Glucose level is 129 on fasting. HbA1C is 8.90%. MOG estimate is 208.73. Does this mean I am Diabetic. I do not have any health problems and no symptoms of Diabetics.
The ALT is 88 and Alkaline phosphatase is 145.
I am over weight but I walk for atleat 5 Kms daily.
