Sir, A Have Several Fat Clots In My Body. Mostly

Sir, a have several fat clots in my body. Mostly are on the back (lipoma). What's the cause of these. I remember I used to do gyming and for a while I was on steroids for gaining muscle. We normally do perform PCT ( post cycle therapy) to get back the natural harmones. Which I missed. Is this because of that?.

These on the back have started painting and pinches sometimes. Is there a cure of these lipomas. Please help.
