Sir Actually I M Ex PTB Patient ..I Was Suffered

Sir actually I m ex PTB patient ..I was suffered from PTB before 3 year ....I completely cure this ceases and I leave all bad habits like smoking alcohol...etc...Now I m completely healthy and strong with good immune system...bt I want join gym fitness for maintaining my body structure.....I m 24 year old......plz sir kindly give me proper suggestions....can I join gym fitness and sports game or not....plz forgive my English language is not good......thank u for ur very important suggestions....
