Sir After Ivf Treatment My 25 Yrs Old Wife Only

Sir after ivf treatment my 25 yrs old wife only got one immature egg after egg pick up.
In ivf treatment from the day 2 of periods she was taken foligraf 150 upto day 6 and day 7 to day 10 she was taken ivf-m 225 and ovucet 0.25 both after that she was taken ovitrelle 250 on day 11 at 1:00 am 36 hr before egg pick up. But after egg pick up we get only one egg .
