Sir From 2 To 3 Days I M Suffering From

Sir from 2 to 3 days i m suffering from fever and vomiting and head ache....my doctor recommended blood and urine test...i received the reports last night..there was little urine infection fr that i hav been recommended for cital...bt in report there was sumthing different to in urine test ..ie..acetone(ketone)=+++ present ....is it nrmal aur if not normal what would u recommed?!
