Sir From 2 Year I Am Taking Syproheptadine And Dexona

Sir from 2 year i am taking syproheptadine and dexona 1 time a day .form 2 month i am leave to take it .and after 1 month i am suffering with lower back pain and solder pain .and feel b.p problem (some time feel deficdifficult to take air inside and also chest pain some time ) .2 Day ago i have tested for t.v but results is nnegative and also diet is reduce fully i take meal one time a day only and feel too much tired every time cant sit more then 1 hour because after 1 hour i fell full back pain.now how to recover it.today i have make sgpt and 2 other liver test the reports will be provide tomorrow.. plz help as soon as possible
