Sir From One Month I Have Light Pains In My

Sir from one month i have light pains in my back right side just above hip joints (only one side) and to which it leads to slight fever ... not regular . What can be d reason, i had antibiotics and combiflam for fever and pain but ... i have regular sneazing problem . When i travelled in AC train for 2 days the pain was almost reached full back portion . but nw it is just in previous portion
