Sir I Am 27 Year Old, I Am Suffering From

Sir i am 27 year old, i am suffering from acen and pimples and its condition is worst from 2 months as its very painful and looking horriable.I used to use venzol 5 before but recently I visited to a doctor(skin) , he prescribed :-
Zycline nanogel, Nioret nanogel, Derclean hydro gel facewash and Azni-500 Tablet.
i am using these from 3 days but still no effect !!!
sir can it work on my worse Acne? I am totaly finished pls help me sir !
