Sir I Am A Mbbs Doctor. I Am Male 25

Sir i am a mbbs doctor. I am male 25 years old. One of dermatologist priscribed me isotretinoin for my pimples 2 years back that cause a severe form of dryness with cracked lips and severe hair fall. I thought it will revert back to normal but unfortunately it didn't. I am still loosing so many hairs and lost almost half of my hairs. I again consult a dermatologist he told me to take finestride and minoxidil. That i don't want to use at this age. I am having moderate dandruff and mild itchy scalp. I am having tension about my problem. Please advice me some good diet formulation and drugs if any and shampoo and conditionar. Thanks sir/mam.
