Sir I Am Feeling Some Uneasyness In My Head .

i am feeling some uneasyness in my head . i am 47 year old female and having thyroid problem using 50mg tablet every morning. when i got blood tested a month ago i got iron less than the normal value and for that i am using iron supliment. I am working as a cashier , used to check each and every bills coming in an office. i am having vitamind deficiency also. somedays his uneasyness will be present and somedays it will be not. i have checked with eye doctor , he told it is not vertigo. may be chances of spontilities. if so where to be checked and what precautions to be taken.
