Sir i am in big problem of drop of white sperm during chat..any bad think in mind or during university.. this is very long time problem and sir i am very in tension... sir but one think more.... i am also suffering from heating in stomich and heat in blood.... please sir recomend me better medicine and advice for me... i am from pakistan 25 year old
