Sir, I Am Suffering From Pcos. I Took All Blood

Sir, i am suffering from pcos. I took all blood tests last year including fasting insulin. Everything was normal year except for progesterone which was slightly low but dr said its not significant. Now i am married. Even now my cycles are irregular. Everytime i have to take meprate for periods. I want to conceive now. Should i start metformin- 6 months course? ( bt my fasting insulin is normal). Or i should go for infertility treatment like clomiphene citrate?please help me out.
