Sir I Am Suffering With Dull Pain In Groin Area

Sir i am suffering with dull pain in groin area including testis and irritation inside penis and also while urination since last 4 months. I have taken a lot of treatments and testis like urine test and culture for uti, ultrasound of abdomen and testis, blood test, etc but no abnormality was diagnosed. According to doctor it is muscle strain but sir the irritation is not going. It started 4 months ago with swelling in testis that stayed for 2 weeks after it little irritation and strain in testis, penis inside, I think urethra and a little pain while the bladder is full and little irritation while passing urine. I used to exercise a lot when the problem started 4 months ago. Please help me sir.
