Sir I Found My Back Pain Last Many Years But

Sir i found my back pain last many years but smooth not too hard and i felt let it be. but last year i found pain in my leg along with heel but left side not both. Doctors gave medicine in a last weak cheak up ZerotolTH 4 and another medicine. Doctor told me it is not serious case not like disc. And i did HP every day is have any kind of effected with that and i am 29 year old. thanks
