Sir I Had An Operation Around My Eyes And Have

Sir i had an operation around my eyes and have 45 stiches over there but its been a year now and the scars are very much clear and everyone can notice it easily. So plz suggest me any oientment or something to get rid of that. The concerned thing is that its quiet near the eye.
