Sir , I Have Been Suffering From Pigmentation And Freckles

Sir , i have been suffering from pigmentation and freckles on my checks, nose and forehead. I do use SPF 40 daily but still these spots persist and getting more day by day. I'm so worried as the spots are getting more in numbers and becoming darker. Its very depressive and my self confidence of going out is getting low. Please suggest some medication to reduce and protect my skin from pigmentation and freckles.
