Sir I Have Scabies During 1 Month.. It Will Not

Sir i have scabies during 1 month.. It will not cure..For treatment i will go to the physician and he prescribed me 1% lindane lotion and cetrizine and roxithromycin.after cmplt the lindane lotion use it seems like slight changes of the mites .
But i again go to him and he tell me ti use permithrin 5% .so that i will use that ointment at the night from neck to the leg ..after next day while i am taking bath it gives me some uncomfortness..why??
