Sir I Have Scalp Problems Since 5 Yrs...big Sand Like

Sir i have scalp problems since 5 yrs...big sand like flakes come out along with hairs regularly... i have night fall problem as well which is regula and worse... i too have indigestion problem...can i gt all my thick hairs back...i have pimples on my forehead and one more problem is my beard hairs also come out with same flakes ...plz help
