Sir i have suffered from alopecia areata and doctor gave me corticosteriod injection on bald patch now im sufferring from scalp inflamination (scalp acne chronic dandruff swelling , scalp bleeding) all over scalp i have used kerogalo ad shampoo onabet shampoo perfectil tablet no effect it worsen my scalp moreover my ige level is 986 ug/l unit please help me
