Sir i hv been using escitalnpram for last 12yrs to treat my panic attacks and depression now i m on 2.5mg escitalopram and m sufring from loss of libido and lack of energy for which i hv tried everything like bupropion trazodone ,lots of herbal preparations,bt all wth little imprvmnt now even by little increasing my dose sxual problm gets worse sir wt shuld i do?sir kindly reply me i wll remembr u in my prayers
