Sir Im Having Pain On My Anus And Consulted A

Sir im having pain on my anus and consulted a surgen . He said that it is early stage of piles.He prescribed me SMUTH CREAM,OSIL 500, HEMSYL 500,PANTOWD 40 for 2 weeks . After 1.5 week i feel like a small swelling in circle of anus . I'm very tensed of it and is it need any surgery? Can i got to toilet like the early days?
I can't sit for 1hr.
